This year’s event features destination stages in Manila, Makati, and Quezon City. Along with pocket stages in Cebu, Davao, and Baguio. From bustling urban centers to vibrant local communities, the festival brings diverse musical performances and cultural festivities. That is in every corner of the country, making it a nationwide spectacle.

Though the main event last June 21 at Greenbelt 3 Park was spectacular, the spirit of Fête de la Musique lived on through pocket stages and post-festival celebrations. The festival kicked off on June 16 with a pre-Fête event at Ayala Triangle Gardens, featuring a sunset gathering hosted by Lee Grane Musiq. This event highlighted the healing power of sound and music with a medicine music circle, ecstatic dance, and sound bath. Around 40 pocket stages and a total of 100 stages ensured that music lovers could immerse themselves in different genres and discover new favorites.

Harmonies that Heals: Pre-Fête Highlights

A notable highlight this year was the pre-Fête event on June 16. Which emphasized the therapeutic benefits of music. Held at Ayala Triangle Gardens, the event featured an intimate medicine music circle, ecstatic dance sessions, and a soothing sound bath. Hosted by Lee Grane Musiq, this sunset gathering promoted music as a tool for mental, emotional, and spiritual nourishment. Participants described the experience as transformative. With which was rooted on the natural surroundings and healing sounds creating a serene atmosphere. This event set the tone for the rest of the festival, reminding everyone of the profound impact music can have on our well-being.

But the fun’s not over yet! The grand finale of this year’s Fête de la Musique Philippines is the Gratitude Party, set for August 11 at Paseo de Roxas, Makati City. This street meet promises to be a heartwarming conclusion to a month of musical celebration. Which offers a chance for the community to come together and give thanks. The Gratitude Party will feature a mix of performances. Including a bagpipe serenade by Roy Espiritu and lively sets by DJ Alexandra. Attendees can look forward to delicious food and a festive atmosphere, marking the end of Fête PH 2024 on a high note.
